Infoware was established in 1995 by Anders Nygren and Mats Ekman. Before that, they were working at the Government Office.

Since the beginning, Infoware has been located at the same address, Kungsholms Strand in Stockholm.

We have always had a careful approach in situations of expansion and new employments, which we believe is one of the reasons we have managed to keep long-term relations with our customers. Furthermore, we have managed to stay solid through the markets up and down-falls. In spite of our careful approach we have steadily grown with 10-20 percent every year.

We have been working solution-oriented since the start 1995, and quite soon we started to re-use our solutions with several customers. In 1999 we released one of our solutions as a product and since then we have released approximately one new product each year.

Infoware have been IBM Partner since 1995 and IBM Premier Business Partner since 2001.

During 2004-2005 we extended our focus areas with IBM WebSphere, and in 2005-2006 we separated our organization into business areas. Lars Lindqvist was hired 2006 as a manager for our new business area Business Integration.
